Walkin' On Sunshine!

Well, the sun was finally out in full force this weekend. We took the opportunity to go to the motorbike races. Trevor of course loved it, and Tyler had a great time as well. I had a pretty good time too!

Give this kid a pile of rocks, and you've never seen someone more excited!

Sunday afternoon we went out to the lake for some fun. Ty was driving the boat with Bumpa and was having the time of his life. He was laughing like crazy the whole time. It was great.

This picture looks a little photoshopped, I know, but it is totally real. It was a gorgeous day.

Pictures Galore

Tyler was sick for a few days last week, and Trevor was able to stay home with him. He didn't eat much of this food, but sure had a good time playing with it.

Ginger's son Corben had his First Birthday Party last Saturday. We went and had a pretty good time. Tyler loves to push people around on things, so this was the perfect toy for them to play with.

We got to go have dinner with Dad in Red Deer last Sunday. Ty was still getting over his illness, but he managed to show off his walking skills. He also showed Dad how he shakes his head at you when you tell him yes. It's pretty funny.

Tyler is our Techno-Baby. He loves to play with anything to do with technology. We started putting the headphones on him the other day and he seems to enjoy it. He likes to play with Trevor's iPod and my iPad. I downloaded a piano app for him, which he seems to really enjoy.

It was finally a beautiful day out today, and Trevor happened to find a blow-up pool by a dumpster. He brought it home and we set it up right away and invited our friends, the Fitzner's to come play with us. Milo was mostly interested in eating the pool and Tyler loved bouncing on the side. He also demonstrated how well and how far he can now walk on his own. He made it all the way from the wagon without falling at all! Ty learned how to clap a couple of days ago, and now he does it all of the time. We Love It.

iPad

I got my iPad in the mail on Monday! I love it. It is pretty awesome. Trevor got it for me for my birthday, and it was well worth the wait. I downloaded about 100 free books from iBooks, mostly classic novels, but lots that I have been wanting to read, so I'm looking forward to that. I also downloaded Scrabble and a couple of other games for myself and for Tyler to play with. If anyone was thinking about getting one, it is a good purchase!
