Make-It Monday

I've heard that some people have been making fun of me for posting recipes that I've never tried. Well, I have tried this one and it is delicious.

Cheesy Chicken & Salsa Skillet
Serves: 4
Prep: 10 min.
Cook: 20 min
Source: Kraft
Calories: 450

2 cups  penne, uncooked
1 lb  cut up chicken breast
1 1/4 cup  salsa
1 cup  frozen corn, thawed
1 large  green pepper, cut into strips
1 cup  tex mex shredded cheese

Cook pasta as directed. Heat sprayed sillet. Add chicken, cook. Add salsa, corn & peppers. Stir. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add pasta, mix, sprinkle with cheese. Cover, let stand 1 minute, not heat.
