Make-It Monday

Cheesey Chicken & Salsa Skillet
Serves: 4
Source: Kraft
450 Calories per serving

2 cups   Penne, uncooked
1 Lb   Chicken Breast, cut up
1 1/4 cup   Salsa
1 cup   Frozen Corn, thawed (I never thaw it, I just cook it a little longer)
1 large   Green Pepper, cut into strips
1 cup   Tex Mex shredded cheese

Cook chicken. Add salsa, corn & peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked pasta and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat and cover for 1 minute.

**Just realized I already posted this last year. Guess that means I like it a lot!

    1. I bet that would be pretty good. Trevor doesn't like hamburger much, so I haven't tried it. You should let me know.

  2. I think Mom's making the Baked Chicken Parmesan tomorrow. I made Betty Crocker,s home made Mac and cheese today. Got a little too much margarine in it I think.
